Script

Narrator: There were once three friends called Sherman, Bernard and Johnson. They were aspiring hopefuls to become the next teenage sensation in the k-pop scene. One day, they came across a flyer for an SM entertainment audition. 

Johnson: *Holds up flyer* Girls, this is our chance. *slams hands onto table*

Bernard: *Gasps* I know right! Once we pass this audition, we'll be so popular that even Girls Generation would be afraid of us. *Clasps hands together and looks up*

Sherman: We're so talented, I bet the president of SM entertainment will like us so much and will sign us up right away and before we know it, we'll be the next big thing! Woo! *jumps and claps*

Narrator: On the day of auditions...

Bernard: Okay girls, remember what we rehear-

*Sherman cuts in*

Sherman: Hey! I've got a great idea! *points index finger* I bet the president of SM would love us even more if we did their group's dances while walking in! 

*Johnson and Benard nod their heads*

Johnson: *claps* THAT'S A GREAT IDEA! We should totally do that! We'll totally rock the whole of this audition!

Benard: Oh my god, I know right! 

*People in the audition room cue them to go in* 

Benard: Girls, it's showtime. 

*Johnson and Sherman nod their heads and all three of them walk into the audition room while doing SM group dances* 

Sherman: GET READY TO BE DAZZLED!

Lee Soo Man (President of SM): *Looks at them weirdly and shakes head* Umm, hello. 

*The three of them getting overly-excited* 

Benard: *squeals and covers mouth* OH MY GOD, LEE SOO MAN IS TALKING TO US!

*All three of them jumps and claps*

Lee Soo Man: *rubs temples and sighs* Please introduce yourselves.

Johnson: Oh my god, oh my god. Umm.. Umm... H-hi.. I'm Kim Taeyeon. *Points to Benard* She's Im Yoona and *points to Sherman* she is Jessica Jung. 

Lee Soo Man: *furrows eyebrows and looks at paper closely* O..kay... but it says here that your names are Bernard, Johnson and Sherman.

*Three of them start becoming flustered, trying to mumble incoherent words in attempt to explain*

Sherman: Umm..umm.. W-we just wanted to name ourselves after Girls Generation members because they're so talented obviously thanks to their wonderful management company they're in!

*Bernard and Johnson nods* 

Lee Soo Man: *rolls eyes and sighs* Okay please show me what you've prepared for today's audition.

Benard: Okay, 5,6,7,8!

*All of them start dancing and singing terribly*

Lee Soo Man: WAIT! STOP, STOP IT! STOP IT! *waves hands in the air* 

*all of them stop dancing, looking confused*

Lee Soo Man: *Sighs* What was that? Okay never mind, is there anything else you can do?

Johnson: YES WE DO! *claps* H.O.T! 

Lee Soo Man: *widens eyes* OH MY GOD NO!

*All of them look at each other, nod and smile*

Johnson: 5,6,7,8!

*All of them start dancing and singing terribly again*

Lee Soo Man: *slams fists onto the table and breathes heavily* GET OUT! 

*Three of them stop dancing and start posing* 

Lee Soo Man: *Stands up* Okay you know what? This is horrible, you people *waves hands in the air* are horrible. You have absolutely NO talent *slams hands onto table* and definitely cannot compare to any of my idol groups. *Points angrily at them*  NOW GET OUT AND DON'T LET ME EVER SEE YOU AGAIN! *Plops back down onto chair while rubbing temples*

Sherman: Wh-why? But don't you love us?

Bernard: Yeah, we danced and sang so well!

Lee Soo Man: SECURITY! DRAG THESE LUNATICS OUT AND MAKE SURE I NEVER SEE THEM AGAIN! 

*security comes and drag them all away, while they all try to squirm out of their grasp*

Bernard: GET YOUR HANDS OF ME!

Sherman: Ugh, don't touch me!

Johnson: NO! THIS CAN'T HAPPENING!

Narrator: Outside audition room, 5 minutes later.

Johnson: I don't get it, why did we fail the audition? We did so well, it was one of our best!

Bernard: Well, if someone didn't stop posing, we would probably have passed the auditions. *rolls eyes*

Sherman: HEY! *unfolds arms* WHAT'S WRONG WITH MY POSES!? My poses are better than both of your singing and dancing combined together! If I didn't do them, we'd probably fail even worse! You guys should thank me that Lee Soo Man didn't give us a restraining order instead! 

Bernard: *scoffs* WHAT!? US, THANK YOU? What stupid lo-

Johnson: *says dejectedly* Guys, this isn't the right time to be fighting. 

Sherman: Stay out of this Johnson, this is between me *points to self* and Bernard *points to Bernard*

Bernard: Yeah, just stay out of this.

Johnson: *turns head to the opposite direction and rolls eyes*

Bernard: Look, if it weren't for your stupid poses, none of this would've happened! *shouts* YOU SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF YOURSELF!

Sherman: *stands up* WHAT ARE YOU TALKING ABOUT? It's obviously because of you being so untalented that made us fail! THIS IS ALL YOUR FAULT!

Bernard: *stands up* How is this *points to self* my fault? Hey, at least I'm not the untalented one doing the stupid poses to cover up for it!

Sherman: *rages* HOW DARE YOU INSULT ME!

Bernard: OH, I JUST DID!

Johnson: *stands* whatever, I'm done with you two. Let's just all go on our separate ways since obviously, we're all better on our own! 

Sherman: FINE I WILL AND WHEN I BECOME RICH AND FAMOUS, DON'T REGRET IT!

Bernard: OH I WON'T!

Johnson: Ugh, whatever losers, I'm out of here! *pushes both of them aside and walks away*

*All 3 of them walk in all opposite directions*

Narrator: Ever since that eventful day of their auditions, they never spoke to one another again. A few days later, SM entertainment announced that they would be holding another round of auditions, since they needed more intakes of their trainees. 

*At the SM entertainment building*

Sherman: *does weird breathing exercises* Okay Sherman, don't worry you're awesome at this! You're going to rock this round of auditions and i'm sure of it! *clenches fists* LET'S DO THIS! WOOO! *Jumps*

*At another part of the SM building*

Johnson: *sits down onto a chair* *mumbles* Wow, this is nerve wrecking, but it's fine, I bet I'll do better than everyone auditioning.

*At another part of the building*

Bernard: *Puts on lipgloss* Get ready to be dazzled, Lee Soo Man.

Narrator: When it was time for their audition, all the three of them went to their auditioning area. 

*Sherman, Bernard and Johnson sees each other*

Sherman: Ugh, what are you pathetic losers doing here? *folds arms*

Bernard: What else can we do here? Party with unicorns? Obviously we're all here for the same thing: to audition! *rolls eyes*

Johnson: I'm not taking this nonsense from you guys, this is utter stupidity.

Sherman: Oh, since when did you become so smart? 

Johnson: Ever since I realised I could do so much better without the both of you?

Bernard: OH YOU DID NOT JUST-

Staff in the audition room: Next person please!

Sherman: *flails arms* OH THAT'S ME! THAT'S ME! *runs away*

*Both Bernard and Johnson roll their eyes and stomp away from each other*

*In the audition room*

Lee Soo Man: *mutters to self* I hope this is a good one. Why are people so untalented nowadays? Whatever happened to the talent in the world! *slams head onto the table* 

*Knocks* 

Lee Soo Man: *straightens up* Please come in.

Sherman: *walks in dramatically*

Lee Soo Man: *looks closely at Sherman* Wait, haven't I... Seen you before?

Sherman: *flustered* Uh-uh-um No! *tries to cover face with fringe*

Lee Soo Man: Okay whatever, just start whatever you've prepared. *rests head on hand*

Sherman: *Closes eyes and sings terribly, but with full emotion* 

Lee Soo Man: *smacks forehead and sighs* NEXT!

Sherman: Wait, so is that a yes or a no?

Lee Soo Man: *says dejectedly* What do you think?

Sherman: A yes? *smiling widely*

Lee Soo Man: NO, IT'S A BIG FAT NO! YOU HAVE NO TALENT AND I THINK MY EARS JUST BOTH WENT DEAF AFTER THAT TORTURE YOU'VE JUST PUT ME THROUGH!

Sherman: but, but, but-

Lee Soo Man: SECURITY!

*security drags Sherman out*

Sherman: *struggles* NO! NO! AH! DON'T TOUCH ME! GET AWAY! NOOOO!

Lee Soo Man: *closes eyes and mumbles* This job just doesn't pay me enough for what it puts me through.

Staff in the room: Umm sir, the next person is ready.

Lee Soo Man: Alright, send him in. *mutters* I just want someone who doesn't kill me with his/her vocals and dance, is that too much to ask for?

*knocks*

Lee Soo Man: Come in.

*Bernard catwalks in*

Lee Soo Man: Hey, have we met before? You look extremely familiar...

Bernard: *says cockily* No, I believe we have not. 

Lee Soo Man: *mutters* well, you have an attitude... 

Bernard: What was that?

Lee Soo Man: Oh nothing, just get on with what you were going to do.

Bernard: All right then. I'll be dancing and singing to Girl's Generation's "I Got A Boy". *starts dancing and singing horribly*

Lee Soo Man: What do you call that? All I saw was just a monkey randomly flailing its arms! Oh wait, I remember you, you were a part of that group that auditioned the last time! You are worse than when you were with them! Wait, didn't I tell all of you to get out of my sight forever?

Bernard: Wh-wha-what? Psshh. No... What group? No, there wasn't any-

Lee Soo Man: SECURITY!

Bernard: Okay bye, I'm leaving! Nice meeting you!

Lee Soo Man: *plops back down to chair* I'm definitely giving the security team a pay raise. *looks at the paper for reference* Oh finally, the last one before this torture officially ends! 

Staff: Sir, the last one is ready to audition, may i send her in?

Lee Soo Man: Yes you may, now hurry up! I need to go find business opportunities to make more money after this! Time is money!

*knocks*

Lee Soo Man: Come in.

Johnson: *walks in and says in a baby voice* Hi I'm Kim Taeyeon and I'm going to-

Lee Soo Man: Wait, but it says here that you're Johnson. Why does it sound all so familiar? HOLD ON, AREN'T YOU PART OF THAT SHERMAN AND BERNERD GROUP THINGY?! Okay never mind, that doesn't matter. Considering that you haven't ticked me off yet, you're not that bad. Alright, proceed.

Johnson: *does the gwiyomi song*

Lee Soo Man: *getting worked up by her voice* OKAY STOP IT! STOP! WHATEVER, YOU WERE JUST LIKE ALL YOUR OTHER FRIENDS: NO TALENT AT ALL! SO WHY DON'T YOU JUST GO ON OUT AND LEAVE ME IN PEACE! IF YOU WANT TO LODGE A COMPLAIN AGAINST ME, GO AHEAD, IT DOESN'T MATTER ANYMORE, SINCE I QUIT! *screams, flip table, rages and storms out*

Johnson: Wow, that was harsh... *walks out* 

*Outside the auditioning room* 

*All the three of them see each other*

Johnson: So... Did any of you pass?

*Awkward silence*

Sherman: Actually, to tell you the truth, I DIDN'T! *kneels on the floor sobbing*

Bernard: Honestly, I failed too. I failed it twice, how more pathetic can I be? *covers face with hands*

Johnson: Well, I didn't pass either. 

Sherman: I guess neither of us passed. *stands up* and I-I-I'm sorry. I'm really sorry that I've been a total jerk to the both of you; I guess the desire for success was too strong and took over me. I just totally just lost two of my dear friends whom I love very much.

Bernard: I'm sorry too. *looks down* I've said hurtful things that I didn't mean to. I guess I was blinded by the desire for success too. I'm really sorry guys. *pauses* Johnson, do you have anything to say?

Johnson: *interlaces fingers and looks at the both of them* Well, all I have to say is that I'm sorry and glad to have the both my friends back. Who cares about SM entertainment's opinions, there are so much more entertainment companies that we've yet to explore! 

Sherman: Yeah you're right Johnson!

Bernard: I totally agree. Now, it doesn't matter whether we pass an audition or not. What matters most is that we have each other to depend on. 

Sherman: Aww, I LOVE YOU GUYS! *hugs the both of them*

Johnson and Bernard: I love you too!

Bernard: Sherman, we kind of can't really breathe here, could you let us go?

Sherman: *hugs tighter* NO!

Johnson and Bernard: *groans*

Narrator: Since that day onwards, the three of them have been an inseparable trio. Although they still failed every single audition they went to, they didn't give up hope and just continued to practise harder.  A year later at a YG entertainment audition...

G-dragon: Please come in!

Bernard: OH MY, OH MY, OH MY G-D! *goes weak in the knees*

Sherman and Johnson: *Supports Bernard up* 

G-dragon: O...kay... Umm please introduce yourselves! 

Bernard: OH MY G-D, MY JIYONG IS TALKING TO ME! OH MY GOD.

Sherman: Bernard, we've talked about this, remember, CALM DOWN! We have to pass this audition, remember?

Bernard: R-right, okay. I'm sorry.

Johnson: Hi, I'm Johnson, she's Bernard *points to Bernard* and she's Sherman *points to Sherman*

G-dragon: *laughs* Hi, nice to meet you guys. Okay you can start whenever you're ready.

Sherman: *Closes eyes and exhales* *opens eyes* 5,6,7,8!

*All of them sing and dance to a BIGBANG song "very well"*

G-dragon: *stares at them in shock*

Johnson: I knew this would happen. *sighs* come on guys let's go. 

*Sherman, Bernard and Johnson start grabbing their stuff and heading out*

G-dragon: THAT WAS BEAUTIFUL! BEAUTIFUL, I SAY! *sobs* BRAVO! YOU GUYS ARE OFFICIALLY IN YG ENTERTAINMENT! 

*Sherman, Bernard and Johnson stares at him in shock*

Johnson: OH MY GOD! OH MY GOD, WE'RE IN! WE'RE IN YG ENTERTAINMENT! AHHHHHHHH!!!!!! *Hugs them both and starts jumping*

Sherman: Is this a dream? Someone hit me!

Bernard: *hits Sherman hardly*

Sherman: OUCH! IT DOES HURT! OH MY GOD THIS IS... THIS, THIS ISN'T A DREAM! WE'RE REALLY IN YG!!!! 

Bernard: Finally, all our hard work paid off. I'M SO HAPPY OH MY G-D!!!

*Outside the audition room*

Bernard: I'm so happy! I still can't believe it, we're actually in YG Entertainment! Not to mention I met G-dragon too! Wow, he was so handsome. *sits down onto a chair and daydreams*

Sherman: I know right! This all seems so surreal to me! I knew it, we could do it one day.

Johnson: See what I meant guys? It was because we had each other to depend on, even when times were tough. One of the most important things in life is to have friends who will stick with you no matter where you are and I happen to have two of these friends. 

Sherman: Aww, let's all have a hug!

Bernard and Johnson: Uh-umm w-we don't rea-really need a-

*Sherman hugs the both of them tightly*

Narrator: 5 years later...

*Sherman, Bernard and Johnson at a autograph signing session* 

Fan: OH MY GOD! SHERMAN, BERNARD, JOHNSON! I LOVE YOU GUYS SO MUCH! WILL YOU SIGN MY ALBUM FOR ME!?

Sherman: Sure! *takes album to sign*

Johnson: *Signs in album* 

Bernard: *signs in album and gives it back to fan* Thank you for supporting us!

Fan: No, thank YOU. I LOVE YOU GUYS! Bye! *walks away*

Staff: Next! 

Sherman: *mumbles to self* Well, I guess everything turned out for the better. *smiles*
